🧑💻 Transport Creation & Scheduler
Tips for transport creation:
Are you delivering to multiple Logistic Points (sawmills, forests...)? Create multi-point transports.
Do you need to place multiple trucks at a Logistic Point? Use the mass duplication
Do your drivers create their own missions from the mobile app? Share with them the training article/video
Performing transports in Rotations? Make sure to set up your transports correctly from the start (see below) by checking "Rounds / Rotations" in the "Goods" tab.
Does your destination send you a general goods order that will be managed in multiple transports? Use the tracking folders to monitor the execution of an order.
Do you need to precisely geolocate your forest areas? Check out this dedicated article. Just so you know, our mobile application works in a no-service area (the times will be updated on the transport as soon as the Internet connection is restored).
As a driver, use GPS coordinates to navigate
Verifying the precise GPS coordinates of logistics points allows drivers to easily obtain the route to the site via the "Route" button, which redirects to the navigation app on their phone or tablet.
📑 Control and Billing: Invoice from D+1 and Improve Cash Flow
Pre-billing Control:
Control Badges in completed transports allow you to quickly check your information (weight to verify, reservations, prices, documents...)
Automatic Reading of Weight Tickets: if a weight ticket has been added to your transport, Dashdoc will compare the ticket with the weight added by the driver. This will prevent data entry errors and ensure correct billing rates. You can highlight transports with discrepancies using the "weight to verify" badge:
Use the control help dropdown menu: select the desired transports and easily get information on the total price, average, quantities, type of goods...
Use the custom views to assist you in your billing control. This allows you to verify in real time what remains to be controlled and what remains to be billed.

Billing:
Create destination notes and associate labels to quickly access your customer specifics (notes visible on the price and on the draft invoices).
Create invoice templates to meet your customers' specific requests (references, weight, dates, goods...)
Easily share billing documents with your clients. Merge your documents into a single PDF (invoices, weight tickets, photos...) to meet your clients' needs:
Create customized invoice exports:
Ex: Tonage verification export (Invoice number, quantity, unit price, total)
Track your billing month live with personalized reports
View your current month, your draft invoices, invoiced ones, paid ones, and the segmentation of your activity (billing products)
Create views to focus on your different activities
💼 Company Management:
📈 Reports:
Revenue:
To monitor your company's revenue, we suggest you go to your Billing report, which presents the most up-to-date figures on actual invoiced amounts.
If you want to see the invoiced and upcoming CH, you can refer to the "General" Report where you can use the filters to set what makes the most sense for your analysis.
Time on site:
Easily identify the time spent on site per destination to inform your business discussions.
From the "Transports" menu, select the filter on the on-site times and enter the value beyond which you consider the on-site times with your destination.
Feel free to go further into the filter by entering the name of your destination, for example, or the name of the site that is causing you issues.
You can then export the data if desired.
