🤝 I invite a shipper, what do they see on their invited account ?

Your shipper has access to the invited portal:

  • Follow-up on the execution of the transports (they can follow the evolution of the progress status thanks to the list view)

  • Information on the carrier

    NB: if you charter the transport to another partner, the principal will not see the name of the carrier to whom you have subcontracted (the information will nevertheless remain available in the consignment note according to the regulations in force)

  • The invoiced price (read only)

  • The references: principal, carrier and pick-up and delivery addresses

  • Operating instructions

  • Plate numbers

  • Tracking contacts

  • Loading and unloading addresses

  • Details of the goods

  • Arrival/departure times from site

  • Weights & information reported by the transport actors (reserves,...)

  • The e-cmr and all documents associated with the transport to which you give access (weighing slips, delivery notes, invoices, photos, etc.)

Your carrier has access on his invited portal to :

  • Planning and monitoring of transport operations via the list view, but also via a driver/vehicle schedule

  • Information on the shipper

    NB: if you charter the transport received by your shipper, the invited carrier will not see the name of the shipper of your initial order but your name in the shipper information

  • The agreed upon price (read only)

  • References: shipper, carrier and pick-up and delivery addresses

  • Collection and delivery addresses

  • Details of the goods
