🧑‍💻 Transport Creation & Scheduler

Tips for transport creation:

  • Are you delivering to multiple logistic points (sawmills, forests...)? Create multi-point transports.

  • Do you need to place multiple trucks at a logistic point? Use mass duplication

  • Do your drivers create their own missions from the mobile app? Share with them the training article/video

  • Are you doing transports in Rotations? Properly set up your transports from the beginning (see below), by checking "Rounds/Rotations" in the "Goods" tab.

  • Does your destination send you a general order of goods that will be managed in multiple transports? Use the tracking folders to follow the execution of an order.

  • Need to precisely geolocate your forest zones? Check out this dedicated article. For your information, our mobile app works in no service areas (the times will be updated on the transport as soon as the Internet connection is restored).

    • As a driver, use GPS coordinates to navigate

      • Verifying the precise GPS coordinates of logistic points allows drivers to easily get the route to the site using the "Route" button, which redirects to the navigation app on their phone or tablet.

📑 Control and Billing: Invoice as early as D+1 and improve your cash flow

Pre-billing Control:

  • Control badges in completed transports allow you to quickly check your information (weight to verify, reservations, price, documents...)

  • Automatic reading of weight tickets: if a weight ticket has been added to your transport, Dashdoc will compare the ticket with the weight added by the driver. This will help prevent entry errors and ensure correct billing. You can highlight transports with discrepancies using the “weight to verify” badge:

  • Use the help control dropdown menu: select the desired transport orders and easily get information on the total price, average, quantities, type of goods...

  • Use the custom views to assist you in your billing control. This allows you to check in real-time the remaining to verify and the remaining to bill

    • A view "M-1 to verify" with the completed transport orders from last month

    • A view "M-1 to bill" with the verified transport orders from last month

Billing:

  • Create destination notes and associate labels to access your destination specifics at a glance (notes visible on the price and on draft invoices).

    • Ex: Destination A to be invoiced by loaded/unloaded weight

    • Ex: Due date in 45 days

  • Create invoice templates to meet your destination's specific requests (references, weight, dates, goods...)

  • Easily share invoice documents with your clients. Merge your documents into a single PDF (invoices, weight tickets, photos...) to meet your clients' needs:

  • Create customized invoice exports:

    • Ex: Tonnage verification export (Invoice number, quantity, unit price, total)

  • Track your billing month live with customized reports

    • View your current month, draft invoices, invoiced, paid, segmentation of your activity (billing products)

    • Create views to focus on your different activities

💼 Company Management:

📈 Reports:

  • Revenue:

To track your company's revenue, we suggest going to your Billing report, which presents the most up-to-date figures on what has been invoiced.

If you want to see the invoiced and upcoming CH, you can refer to the "General" Report in which you can play with the filters to set what makes the most sense for your analysis.

  • Time on site:

Easily identify on-site times achieved by destination to inform your business discussions.

From the "Transports" menu, select the filter for on-site times and enter the value beyond which you consider on-site times with your destination.

Feel free to refine the filter by entering your destination's name or the name of the site in question that is causing issues.

You will then be able to export the data if desired.
