Archiving

Do you want to archive your transports so that they are no longer available in your main view and your daily filters?

How to Archive transports ?

  1. Select the transport(s) concerned,

  2. Then click on the "More actions" button and select "Archive".

Where can i find my archived transports ?

  • These transports will then be moved to the "Archived" folder.

They will then only be accessible from the global search.

☝️Note :

  • When you archive your shipments, they are not archived for your customers.

  • You can also unarchive shipments so that they appear in the general list of your shipments. Select the shipments you want and click on "Unarchive" at the top right of the screen.

Delete

Have you made a mistake on a transport you've created?

You don't want to work on or invoice this transport, so you want to delete it?

How do I delete transports?

  1. Select the transport(s) you wish to delete

  2. Click on the "More actions" button and then on "Delete".

You can also delete a transport from the detail view:

☝️ Please note:

  • When you delete a transport, you cannot take any action on it (modification, invoicing, dispatch, etc.). It must be restored before you can take any action on it.

  • You can delete a shipment as long as its consignment note has not been signed (as the principal, you cannot delete shipments):

Where can I find my deleted transports?

Once a transport has been deleted, you can find it in the "Trash" section and restore it. This section is only available to account administrators (Admin role).

If you are not an administrator, you can ask your account administrator to restore the transport you want.

Not yet a customer ? If you would like to have access to a demo and try out dematerialized transport documents with Dashdoc, tell us about it here :
