Dashdoc allows you to create your electronic waybills while respecting the restrictions of ADR transport.

As ADR transport is strictly regulated, Dashdoc decided to add validation screens so that the driver can check the imported goods and the mandatory information.

☝️ For ADR regulations, e-cmr alone is not enough. During an inspection, you must be able to provide a paper document showing the quantities loaded, UN codes and details per compartment for tanker transport.

Creation of the web platform

1- Create a new shipment and click on ‘Goods’.

2- Tick the ‘Dangerous goods’ box.

3- Enter the UN code or commodity to select the appropriate code.

4-☝️Change the nature of the goods to lighten this field if you wish; it is this nature of the goods that will appear on your final invoice.

5- Change the mandatory information if necessary

6- Add additional languages if necessary. English,French,German and Dutch will be translated automatically. Other languages that are not among the 3 official ADR languages can be added manually. These translations will also appear on the e-cmr and invoices.

Create from the mobile application

1- Click on "Add loads"

2- Check the "Dangerous goods" box

3- Enter the UN code or type of goods

Note: In the application, multiple languages cannot be added for ADR transports and will therefore not appear on the e-cmr.

Exporting ADR shipments

From the Transports menu, click on Filter then Dangerous goods (ADR).

This will allow you to export only ADR shipments during your audit.
