As a transportation manager, you manage your activities according to specific criteria. You can now assign tags to :
your vehicles
your own or hired drivers
Your transports
These tags, corresponding to your operational criteria, allow you to filter and zoom in on a perimeter for easier management.
Manage your own tags
Depending on the criteria you use to manage your business, you can create, change or delete your tags from your Dashdoc account settings:
💡 You can also add a new tag directly when you create a contact or transport.
Assign one or more tags to your vehicles and drivers
💡 When you create a new vehicle or driver, don't forget to assign a tag to it so you can find it in your filters!
Assign the corresponding tag when making your transport
through + a new transport
through a duplication simple or multiple
through an existing transportation link
💡 You can change the tag assigned to a transport at any time from the transport details!
You are now ready to use your tags:
From the transport schedule with filtered views: only transports and resources corresponding to the selected tags are displayed
In the transport list view, you can easily find your transport by name:
