As a transport manager, you manage your activity according to specific criteria. For greater clarity, you can classify your tags into groups, and place them on :
your partners
your vehicles
your own or hired drivers
Your transports
These tags allow you to filter and zoom in on a perimeter for easier management.
💡 Create customized tags to organize yourself within Dashdoc and apply them to your transports and tools (resources, partners...)
🗂️ Use groups to group your tags by theme (type of activity, transport, vehicle...) for clearer organization and even more precise filtering.
Create your own groups and tags
Tags groups are used to classify your tags according to a criterion, a theme or the element to which you wish to apply the label.
🖍️ Please note that you can only apply one tag belonging to the same group to your resources and shipments.
From your account settings, access the “Tags” menu. From this menu, you can :
Create your own tags groups :
Add, modify or delete tags. These tags may or may not be attached to a group:
You can also add a new tag directly when creating a partner, resource or transport:
Assign one or more tags to your partners or your resources
When you create a new vehicle or driver, don't forget to assign a tag to it so you can find it in your filters!
Add a tag, on your Partner file :
Assign the corresponding tag when making your transport
through + a new transport
through a duplication simple or multiple
through an existing transportation link
💡 You can change the tag assigned to transport at any time from the transport details!
Apply your labels to sales invoices, purchase invoices, and credit notes
You can add labels to your invoices and credit notes. To do this, open the details of an invoice and add a label in the “Information” section as shown below :
You can add a “Labels” column to the list view of your invoices. To do this, click on the cogwheel as shown below and add the column to your view :
💡 You can then filter your invoices according to your various criteria (e.g., all invoices with the label “Partial payment”).
Find your items easily with tags
From each of the search bars on the Web platform, you can filter on a tag, according to the element to which it applies, to quickly find your data:
