How to enter the references of my transport on the web platform?
On the transport creation form, “reference” fields (shipper, carrier, pickup or delivery) are available where you can enter the references of your transports.
If necessary, you can enter multiple references of each type (for example, multiple shippers). To do this, after entering the first reference, simply click the “+ add a reference” button to make a second reference field appear.
Find a transport through a reference?
All references entered for a transport can be used to look up that transport in the search bar.
How are references displayed on the drivers' mobile application?
All these references (from client, carrier, delivery or pickup) are visible on the drivers' mobile application.
