The information that was entered in Dashdoc or the mobile app is not correct, and you need to change it ?

Find out how in this article.

📝 How to modify a shipment: a principal, an address, a driver, a license plate, a commodity ?

You can change a shipment order as long as the pickup and/or delivery has not started.

To edit an order:

  1. Enter the details of the order

  2. Move the mouse over the element to be modified and click on “Edit”.

  3. Click on “Save”.

You can also modify an address directly from the page of a transport (modification of the address, addition of a protocol, GPS coordinates, a site instruction …)

You can edit the transport instructions: 3 types of instructions are now available, including private instructions for the driver and recurring instructions per site 🤩

💡 To wit : Once the LOS has been signed by the shipper and consignee, no further changes can be made to the transport-related information.

Only the billing information can be changed after the shipment is complete, namely: invoiced price, customer to invoice and invoice number.

Documents can also be added, modified or deleted.

🔄 How to update the application when there are changes on the web portal ?

Once a driver is assigned to a shipment, an update to the driver's application is required whenever the operation changes the shipment.

  1. To do so, he just has to click on "Refresh" butonn, at the top of the screen

  2. A small wheel appears, and the updates will follow.

🔙 My driver validated his mission too fast, how do I reverse it ?

You now have the ability to roll back to a previous step when one of your drivers has performed an action too hastily from their mobile app.

Ex : Your driver has validated his pickup or delivery by mistake, you would like to cancel his action or cancel a pickup site arrival...

Caution this action is non-reversible ! Use with caution.

How to cancel a validation step?

1. Open the relevant transport

2. At the pickup or delivery level, click on “Mark undone”.

3. Validate the 3 check marks to confirm that you are aware of the impact of this action :

  • The current consignment note will be rendered invalid

  • the consignment note must be re-signed by the driver and the consignee

  • The execution data will have to be filled in again (goods, tonnages, dates, and times)

4. You are well back to the previous step (here “arrived at site”)

5. Your driver can act on his delivery again.

My carrier has not marked a shipment complete, can I mark it complete for them ?

You are the client of a mission and your carrier has not marked a done transport, even though it is actually finished?

You can now mark this transport complete to keep the data quality clean.

To do this:

  1. Open the transport on which you want to perform the action

  2. At the top right, click on “Mark done”.

3. The status of your transport changes to “Done”.
