Where to fill in the driver and operator instructions?
In the transport creation form:
🚚 Driver instructions: at the bottom of the "Collection" and "Delivery" form, you have the possibility to add instructions for the driver.
These instructions will be visible on the driver's phone 📲 :
upon receipt of the order
in his transport list
in the detail of the transport on its mobile application
🧑 Operating instructions: In the "operator notes" tab, enter the comment of your choice.
These instructions will be visible to your carrier from their chartered guest portal
