In the “Invoices” tab > “My invoices”
Default export
You will find a multitude of columns in your export.
Saveable customized exports 🎨
🆕 You can create custom exports by selecting the columns you want to appear and modifying their order!
To do this:
Name your export template (which will be saved in the list of custom exports).
Select the type of export you want:
Global: One line per invoice/credit note.
Detailed: One Excel line per price line available in the invoice/credit note.
Select the items to export:
Invoices
Credit notes
Invoices and credit notes
Select the columns you want; the selection will appear in the right column.
Rearrange the columns in your preferred order.
Click “Export and Save,” and you will find this template in the list of custom exports.

The export contains the invoices and the credit notes in PDF format. You can export:
All items (invoices OR credit notes or both)
All items corresponding to the search
Selected items
