You charter transports and you would like to have a global vision of the follow-up of your subcontracted transports?

The charter scheduler is for you!

The charter scheduler module in Dashdoc allows you to :

  • Display your activities assigned to your transport partners

  • Follow the progress of the transport execution thanks to the color code

  • See the total transport budget committed to the carrier in question over the selected period.

Do you subcontract part of your activity and do not yet have access to this functionality ?

📆 To access the charter schedule :

  • Click on the cogwheel in the top right-hand corner

  • Then General

  • Create a view with all the charters or those you want to track:

⚙️ The structure of the charter scheduler

  1. The chartered pool, which works in the same way as the pool for your own transports. You can assign transports to subcontract, trips and charters :

2. The charter scheduler. Here are the different columns you will find with this display:

  • The first column corresponds to the name of your chartered carrier.

  • The second column displays the sum of the transport costs incurred with this carrier over the chosen period (corresponds to the sum of the prices agreed when the transport was allocated).

  • The third and subsequent buttons correspond to the days you wish to track on your scheduler

As you can see in the image above, the colors of the transport orders change as the progress status changes.

Once your planning is complete, you can send in bulk charter confirmations to your carriers. To do this, click on the calendar as shown below :

Dashdoc will then allow you to send your subcontracts/charters in bulk or send them separately. The two pieces of information required are the price and a contact :

🌈 Explanation of the scheduler legend :

Planned : The mission is planned but not already send

Sent to charter : the mission is sent to your transport partner

Accepted by charter : the mission is accepted by your transport partner

Ongoing: the missions are in progress

Done : the missions are completed

- The exclamation mark means that there is missing information about the mission

👩‍💻 View the details of an order :

Click on an order, the details will open in a window on the right. From this window, you can modify the transport (goods, dates and time requested...).
