The “site planning” allows you to follow, at a glance, the progress of all the transports that transit through your site.
📂 Who can access the Dashdoc planning site ?
I can access the “Site planning” feature on Dashdoc:
If I am a “carrier” or “client” of Dashdoc.
Or if I am invited to Dashdoc by a “carrier” or “principal” (Dashdoc customer) as a contact of the loading/delivery site.
I don't have the site planning module yet: click here
📆 Overview of your daily activity on the site
By clicking on the “Schedule” button and then “Site”, I can access the daily view of my site.
The transports are positioned by time requested at loading or delivery with the following indications:
Nature of the goods to be loaded/unloaded.
The name of the site of origin/destination of the transport.
The name of the carrier.
Estimated time of arrival (ETA) – if available.
Badges:
ENL: if it concerns a removal from the site in question
LIV: if it concerns a delivery
RUP: if it concerns a load break
REP: if it concerns a load recovery
Transport status.
By clicking on a transport card from the site planning, the right panel opens, and you have access to the transport file/details.
When no schedule is mentioned for the pickup or delivery activity, the transport is positioned at the top of the schedule, in the “Undefined schedules” section.
To quickly find the site you are looking for, it is possible to :
type the name of the site on the filter bar,
or use the site drop-down list to select the desired site.
I can also filter by date, principal and/or carrier.
Feel free to scroll horizontally if there is more than one transport scheduled in the same time slot:
🗂️ On the site planning, do I have access to all the sites in my address book ?
Using the site filter at the top left of my site planner, I have access to the upload and/or delivery addresses in my address book for which at least one contact has been invited OR when the company is already a (paid) Dashdoc user.
💡 To learn how to invite a contact to a site, please see this article.
🚚 On the site schedule, can I see all the shipments that go through my site ?
Yes, on the Dashdoc site schedule, I can view all shipments that transit my site except those that have been refused by the carrier.
As a guest site, if I am invited by several companies using Dashdoc, I only see, in my account “invited by …”, the carriers of the said inviter.
