On your home page, you can see an overview of your activities and track your results and indicators. Your orders are highlighted (except archived orders).

These tables group orders and shipments. You can use the filters to access the information you need.

Your dashboard allows you to analyze 3 main categories of performance indicators to effectively monitor the progress of your transportation projects:

  • Progression : transportation completed/not completed

  • Punctuality : punctuality and time on location

  • Documents: reserves and attached documents

Attention ⚠️: All statistics are based on the list of non-deleted and non-cancelled shipments in the selected period.

Using the filters

The Dashdoc dashboard can be organized using 4 filters:

  • The period in which the orders took place

  • The locations where goods were picked up or delivered (in the order that they are important)

  • The clients

  • Carriers

You can also click the “More Filters” button to search shipments based on the person who created them, the drivers who performed them or labels.

Progression in transportation

In the “Progression” section of the dashboard, you will find 3 key performance indicators:

The total number of completed and uncompleted orders

  • Percentage of completed and uncompleted orders

  • Percentage of orders with or without reservations

⇨ Clicking on the data in the graphs takes you directly to the list of completed or uncompleted trips, with or without reservations.

Punctuality in transportation

In the Punctuality section (Transportation Performance), your performance indicators are presented in the form of 3 bar charts:

1) The first figure shows the total number of loads or discharges completed on time or late.

2) The second figure shows the number of loading or unloading turns that were late (over an interval of 15 to 45 minutes).

3) The third figure shows the number of loading and unloading operations performed on average (over an interval of 30 to 60 minutes).

⇨ Clicking on the data in the graphs takes you directly to the list of loads or discharges that were finished on time or late.

Documents

In the “Documents” section (Quality of Orders), you can see how many orders have been completed:

  • With or without CMR / Waybill / Electronic signature ;*

  • With or without other documents (not related to the CMR).

Clicking on the data in the charts will take you directly to the list of shipments that were completed or not, with or without CMR / Electronic Signature / Other documents.
