☝️: After the document is downloaded, you can manually fill in the information that is not available in WAM. The column ‘PROCESSING - PROCESSING METHOD’ is mandatory for import into the MATIS system.

The other columns are optional.

Then log in to the MATIS portal and import the document. That's it, all information related to your slips maintained in WAM will be indicated in MATIS.
