Electronic consignment note and stamp

Many of my customers absolutely want a stamp on arrival. What can you do if you don't have a paper document?

Thanks to Dashdoc, your customers can track their deliveries in real time, giving them access to more information than ever before in terms of delivery traceability.

Dashdoc uses several systems to reliably trace deliveries and reinforce the transport contract: time stamping, GPS position, time-stamped photos on collection and delivery. It is therefore no longer possible to stamp the document, since all documents are electronic.

However, it is important to understand that the stamp has no legal value.

So if a customer absolutely has to ‘stamp’ the consignment note, the driver can always make out a paper copy alongside the electronic consignment note.

Once the paper copy has been stamped, the driver takes a photo of the stamped paper document, which will make it possible to link the paper document to the electronic consignment note in question.
