In Dashdoc, there are 4 ways to sign a waybill:
Contactless
Allows you to send a link by email to have the waybill signed. To find out more about this method of signing please consult the following articles:
On your phone
Allows the waybill to be signed on the driver's phone screen. It is possible to protect the signature by sending a code by SMS or email.
On paper
Allows you to take a picture of the waybill in paper form. This option should be avoided unless the transport is carried out in a country where eCMR is not yet allowed (e.g. Italy) or if the customer does not accept eCMR.
Person responsible for pick-up
No signature will appear on the pick-up/delivery part of the CMR
