Dashdoc WAM: digital waste identification forms (Belgium)

Create, sign and track your waste identification forms, connected to OVAM and to your Dashdoc TMS.

What is Dashdoc WAM?

Dashdoc WAM digitises waste identification forms (e-IDF) and tracks the waste from producer to treatment site.

  • Approved by OVAM. Wallonia accepts forms from a system approved in Flanders.

  • Connected to the IOP. Forms are exchanged with the other approved systems.

  • DIWASS (in progress) for cross-border shipments in the EU.

  • Outside Belgium, Dashdoc WAM produces a generic tracking document.

  • Linked to Dashdoc TMS: create the transport from the form, no double entry.

  3. Loads: description, EURAL code, quantity, treatment codes.

Partners come from your Dashdoc TMS address book. A partner needs a VAT number or a Belgian establishment unit number.

2. Sign and submit

The form opens as Draft. If something is missing, the Signatures are blocked banner lists it.

When it is complete, click Sign and submit. The form becomes Ready and is sent to OVAM.

3. Create the transport
