The life of a form
Draft → Awaiting signature (optional) → Ready → In transit → Arrived → Completed
Status | Meaning |
Draft | Being prepared. |
Awaiting signature | Waiting for the organizer to sign. |
Ready | Signed by the organizer and sent to OVAM. |
In transit | Waste loaded. Loading location recorded. |
Arrived | Waste unloaded. Unloading location recorded. |
Completed | The treatment site signed. |
Taken back | Waste taken back during transport. |
Cancelled | The form was cancelled. |
Incorrect | OVAM marked the form as incorrect. |
Who can do what?
Your role on the form decides your actions. Examples:
Only the organizer can Sign and submit.
Only the treatment site can Sign as treatment site.
The organizer or carrier can Take back a form in transit (reason required).
Why is an action greyed out?
Hover it. Dashdoc tells you why:
Your company does not have the right role on this form.
The form is not in the right status.
Cannot be undone
Cancel form and Take back are final. For recurring pickups, use Duplicate instead.
