Dashdoc WAM v2: what's new

The new Dashdoc WAM: connected to OVAM through the IOP, faster to use, same principle.

Dashdoc WAM has a new version. Same principle: digital waste identification forms, approved by OVAM and linked to your Dashdoc TMS. New interface, new features.

Connected to OVAM through the IOP

  • Every form you sign or edit is sent to OVAM automatically.

  • Forms created for you in another approved system now arrive in Dashdoc.

  • To receive them, select Dashdoc in IRIS once. See: Registering in IRIS.

DIWASS integration in progress

For cross-border shipments in the EU, Dashdoc is connecting to DIWASS, the European system. We will let you know when it is live.

What stays the same

  • Your forms are carried over, with their history.

  • Your partners are those of your Dashdoc TMS address book.

  • Drivers validate loading and unloading in the Dashdoc app, as before.

  • You can still sign and create transports for many forms at once.

  • Public API: no change. Your integrations keep working.

What's new

  • One tab per status, with a count.

  • A banner tells you what is missing before you can sign.

  • Hover a greyed-out action to see why.

  • Loading and unloading locations are recorded.

  • Treatment sites sign by email link, without a Dashdoc account.

  • A changelog on every form, including edits made outside WAM.

  • Scheduled duplication for recurring pickups.

  • Full export and MATIS exports.

  • A generic document for movements outside Belgium.

Good to know

The first time you edit an older form, Dashdoc sends the updated version to OVAM.
