From your website, we give you the possibility to install a "Track my shipments" button that allows your customers to access the Dashdoc tracking portal.

If your customers do not have access yet, they can send you an invitation through this channel and you will receive an email to give them permission.

1. Adding your logo in Dashdoc

2. Add the customer portal button to the site:
Open the html file of the page where you want to add the button
Locate the <header></header> tags
Copy and paste the script between its tags
Change the pk to your Dashdoc account pk

Find your Dashdoc ID:
Go to the Dashdoc address book
Go to Carrier or Shippers depending on your activity
Search for your company
Open the details of your record
Copy the last ID in the URL
