How to set up templates to customise your invoices to match your customers' expectations.

Create a new template

To create an invoice template, go to your account settings > "Invoice templates" > "+ Add template":

You will then be able to name your model and also choose the shippers linked to this template:

Template description

You can add different variable fields related to : Dashdoc, pickup, delivery, loads or means.

Just type your text in the description and then go and find the variables you are interested in on the right.

The preview of your future description will be displayed just below with example data:

You can then click on "Confirm" to create your template!

Template management

Your new template will appear in "Invoice templates", it is possible to modify, duplicate or delete it:

Using a template

Once you have created your draft invoice, you will select the template of your choice here :

Then, select the template you want :

As a reminder : it is the templates associated with the shipper of this invoice that will be displayed.

After having selected your template, the description of all the transports in your invoice will be automatically modified :
