Set up your recurring routes from a dedicated menu in your Dashdoc TMS. You can then create your transport orders in bulk, according to the frequency and duration of your routes.

From the "Transport Templates" menu, you have access to 2 types of templates:
Recurring routes, to create a large number of transport orders in just a few clicks, while respecting the characteristics of each route, such as its period, its frequency...
The standard template, for transports carried out regularly but without a predefined frequency. Standard type templates allow you to save time during entry by finding all the information previously defined in this template.

Create a regular line from the "Transport Templates" menu:
You have the option to create a regular line from the "Transport Templates" menu by clicking on the "+ Create a template" button:
From this form, you can add:
1: The name of your template *
2: The type of template. By choosing the "Regular line" option, you can:
Exclude Saturdays and Sundays
Enter the recurring days and the validity period of the line
3: A shipper *
4: A tariff
5: An own resource 🆕
6: The pickup points * and delivery points, with estimated dates and times between D and D+7 🆕
7: A label
You will find all your regular routes from the dedicated "Transport templates" menu. From this menu, you can perform searches or apply filters to easily find your routes.
As with standard transport templates, you have the ability to transform each transport created on the Web platform, regardless of its status, into a regular route:
Bulk create your transports for a period, from your regular lines:
You can create all your regular lines for a chosen period, from the "Transport templates" menu. The recurrence days and the validity period will be taken into account, to generate your transports in a few clicks :
You will find the orders thus created in your list of orders. These remain modifiable if needed.
Find the history of created orders:
By clicking on the "History" button, you can find the history of orders created from your regular lines. You then have the option to filter these TOs to save time:
