Do you want to take a closer look at your activity to make informed choices to optimize your profitability or your transport budget?
Dashdoc's customised reports are made for you!
The reports allow you to draw conclusions from your operational results and to make the strategic decisions necessary to optimise your activity, both on your own and chartered activity.
What reports can I create in Dashdoc?
You can create reports to analyse your own and/or your charter activity.
For own transports, you can analyse:
Your turnover
The distance covered
The turnover per km
Each of these reports can be segmented by:
driver
vehicle
trailer
transport label
e.g.: Turnover / driver, Turnover per km / Vehicle...etc
For chartered orders you can analyse:
the transport costs / chartered haulier
the number of orders created / chartered haulier
🤓 N.B : Dashdoc allows you to create individual and customisable activity reports. Each report is unique and saved per user and account. (Two operators in the same company will each have their own reports).
How to create a report?
In the "Reports", click "Create a customized report"
Name it in order to find it more easily later on
Choose to analyse your own transports or your chartered orders
Define the criteria and the segmentation of this report:
Turnover, Distance or Turnover per km for own transport --> by driver, license plate or label
Cost or number of orders for charters --> by haulier
Once the report is generated, you can customise it by filtering on 1 or more criteria, or by choosing the providers displayed...
What data is taken into account in these reports?
By default, when a report is created, the period concerned is last month.
Report data is updated automatically every evening.
E.g.: if a distance or price changes, it will be taken into account the following day.
If you wish to have an updated report at any time, simply modify a filter and the data will be updated.
☝ Data used :
We take into account the actual dates (otherwise planned dates otherwise requested dates otherwise creation date) of the OT's first activity (first load).
Own transports: all transports are taken into account, whether simple or complex. Their status is irrelevant. Only canceled, cancelled and declined/refused shipments are excluded.
Charter orders: only completed and simple orders (A→B) are taken into account.
*The distance/km taken into account is the actual mileage when your telematics is connected, otherwise the estimated distance calculated by Dashdoc.
☝️ These reports highlight transport revenues, whether invoiced or not.
Reports dedicated specifically to invoicing are not yet available.
In the case of transport with breakage, Dashdoc divides the turnover according to the number of activities carried out.
eg:
If you have 1 pickup / 1 delivery and a break in the middle of the shipment => Dashdoc divides sales in half
If you have 1 pickup and 2 deliveries with 1 break, sales will be divided by 3.
