Dashdoc lets you customize your display in the different sections to optimize the space and information you display.
One-click access to Dashdoc :
To open Dashdoc in one click from your desktop, create a shortcut in your browser. For Google Chrome :
The shortcut will then appear on your desktop. Simply click on it to access your Dashdoc account:
Customizing the planning view :

In the "Schedule" tab, the screen is divided into two parts: the order well on the left, the schedule on the right..
Adjust the window :
Choose the width of each section, to get an overview of your order well and your schedule.
Fold back the menu sidebar.
If you have several screens, you can extend the window across several screens and adjust the width of the control well.

Switch from one view to another with one click, or save the views you use most by creating a Favorite :
Display important information :
Display the relevant information using the cogwheel to the right of the last column in your order well. You can click and drag to choose the order of the columns:
Choose the information to be displayed on the planning maps using the notched wheel at the top right:
Customise transport and charter views :
You can customise the columns displayed on your space.
1- In the "Transport" or "Charters" categories, click on the wheel to the right of the documents column
2- Select the columns you wish to display and click and drag the columns to put them in the order you wish.
3 - Confirm
Good to know:
You can select a different display for each category (completed, checked, paid, invoiced) and this will be retained.
Each user can customize their view by category according to the needs of their workstation.
