Generate e-CMR containing all mandatory information when transporting IDTF goods
How to create an e-CMR while complying with the requirements for transporting IDTF goods using Dashdoc ?
With Dashdoc, you can generate electronic consignment notes containing all the mandatory information when transporting IDTF goods.
Set up your Dashdoc account to support transports with IDTF goods.
To do this, you first need to activate the feature:
Go to ‘Settings’, then ‘Features’, and the ‘Additional Features’ tab. You can then add the names and certificate numbers so that they appear on your electronic consignment notes:
You can now categorize your vehicles (carriers and trailers) to keep a history of the goods transported, and the cleanings performed by these vehicles:
Loadings and cleanings entered via the mobile application will automatically be recorded in the traceability history.
You can also manually add events on these vehicles, for example the last three loadings and cleanings performed, so that this information will appear on the next e-CMR or electronic consignment note:
The driver can also, upon request from a loader, display the last three loadings directly from the mobile application:
Create an e-CMR with the standards for transporting IDTF goods on Dashdoc.
Now, you can create your consignment note while complying with the requirements for transporting IDTF goods.
Click on ‘New transport’ to access the creation window.
Fill in the mandatory fields, then click the ‘Add goods’ button. You can now select the type of goods: ‘IDTF Bulk’.
Indicate the nature of the goods as well as the IDTF number, either by entering the number directly or by specifying the goods:
You can now assign the transport to a driver and follow the tutorial by clicking here to see the actions the driver needs to perform.
In the transport specifics, checking the ‘Multi-compartment tank’ option will allow you to manage bulk, multi-compartment transports that comply with the requirements for transporting IDTF goods.
The driver will then be able to define the loading plan and declare the purging of each compartment once empty:
This purging will then be timestamped, and you will be able to find it in the traceability history of your trailer:
Export your e-CMR for Qualimat inspection
There are two ways to export your e-CMRs on Dashdoc:
1/ Export the traceability history of the vehicles concerned
Go to “My fleet” then click on “My equipment.”
Select the relevant vehicle or trailer, then click on “Traceability history.”
Click on “Export.”
Choose to download or send the loading history by email, then click on “Confirm".
Please note :
The traceability history in modal only displays the last 100 events, but the export allows you to obtain all events without this limitation.
The recorded events include loadings, cleaning operations, and certain unloading events for IDTF multi-compartment transports.
If a transport has been deleted or canceled, the associated events are also removed from the history.
2/ Export transports performed by the vehicle
Open the Transports tab and apply your date filter, then filter by goods “IDTF Bulk.” You can also enter the vehicle’s license plate number to display only the transports performed by that vehicle.
Check the desired transports.
Click on More actions → Export
What cleaning regime must be applied before reloading an animal feed product?
Searching the traceability history of the trailer to determine the level of cleaning required before loading a new animal feed product can be very time-consuming
Based on the traceability history of the trailer scheduled for a transport, Dashdoc suggests the minimum cleaning level to be performed before loading:
Transports planned on this trailer but not yet completed are taken into account in the suggestion.
The suggested cleaning regime is indicated, along with the goods loaded that led to this suggestion.
1️⃣ : Goods prohibited under IDTF and those with cleaning instructions subject to interpretation will not allow us to suggest a cleaning regime.
2️⃣ : We do not apply the principle of decreasing cleaning level for goods requiring a C or B regime. As a result, a more stringent cleaning regime may be suggested than the exception would allow.
☣️ Disclaimer: The suggested cleaning regime should be considered as a decision support tool. Its result should not be regarded as perfect. As a certified carrier, it remains your responsibility to comply with the rules of your certification reference. Dashdoc’s liability cannot be held for any erroneous cleaning regime suggestion.
