The new Group View in the Admin Center

We have thoroughly revised the group view of the Admin Center to make it more readable, more intuitive, and better suited for managing multi-entity accounts. This update also provides more precise and autonomous access management for your administrators.

Who Can Access the Group View?

Only users with the group administrator role have access to the Admin Center and the group view. Entity administrators and other roles (Manager, read-only…) do not have access.

The Admin Center is available on all Dashdoc plans: Essential, Advanced, and Expert.

How to access the Admin Center?

Two entry points are available:

  • From the application selector, accessible from any Dashdoc product

  • From the entity selector if you are in the TMS

.

The User Table: What It Displays

The group view presents all users in your group in a centralized table. Each row displays:

  • The name and email of the user

  • Their status (Active / Disabled)

  • Their product access

  • Their assigned roles by entity

  • Their associated entities

You can sort the columns and filter the list by status, role, or product access.

The User Detail Panel

By clicking on a user, a side panel opens with their complete information: name, email, status, last login date or invitation status, and their roles by entity.

Available Actions

Individual Actions

By hovering your mouse over each user, you can:

  • Disable a user (they can no longer log in but remain visible in the list)

  • Reactivate a disabled account

  • Permanently delete a user (irreversible action)

Bulk Actions

Select multiple users via checkboxes to perform bulk actions: Activate, Deactivate, Delete, Send an activation email, Add/Remove roles, Set as group administrator.

Role Management by Entity

Roles are assigned by entity — the same user can have an Operator role in Entity A and a read-only role in Entity B. When a new entity is added to your group, remember to return to the Admin Center to assign the appropriate roles.
