⚙️ Configure your currencies:

  • Go to "Settings" > "General"

  • Click on "Default currency"

Euros are configured on your account. From this menu, you can add other currencies that you use.

To add a new currency, click on "Add a currency" and select the desired currency.

Once the currency is selected, it appears as an "Additional currencies".

You can also set up an exchange rate to track changes:

Select:

  • the date type

  • the date to use for applying the exchange rate to invoices

  • and specify the exchange rate and the date it applies

The exchange rate will be used to update the following in your account’s primary currency:

  • the revenue in the schedule,

  • and the reports.

Note: The conversion is not performed in the accounting export. Invoices in foreign currencies appear as is in the export. A currency column has been added to the accounting journal file.
