ℹ️ Why use this feature ?

  • Centralized order management: receive all transports in your main account and easily collaborate with various Dashdoc partners

  • Automatic matching for future orders: once your accounts are connected, all future orders from this partner automatically arrive in your main account

💻 Understanding the feature

You have received a transport from another Dashdoc partner, but it doesn't appear in your main account. This means an invited account has been created in your name and the order is on that account.

The goal of the feature: retrieve this transport to your main account.

To access your accounts (primary and invited), click at the top left of your account and open the dropdown menu:

💻 Use Case 1: Transfer a transport that hasn’t been accepted yet

Explanatory video (< 2min):

Use this method when you have a pending transport to accept on a invited account:

  1. Access your invited account (the one created by a specific partner) from the dropdown menu at the top left.

  2. Locate the transport you need to accept

  3. Click on Accept

  4. Select where you wish to accept this transport:

    • Keep it in the invited account (if you want to keep the accounts separate)

    • Accept it into your main account

  5. Choose your main subscriber account from the list

  6. Click on Next

  7. Review the comparison wizard:

    • Check account information side by side (company name, VAT number, address, contacts)

    • Examine the highlighted differences between the accounts

    • Ensure any missing information is acceptable

  8. Click on Accept Transport

Result: The transport is accepted in your main account, the invited account is archived, and all future orders from this partner will arrive in your main account.

💻 Use Case 2: transfer an already accepted transport

Explanatory video (< 2min):

Use this method when you have already accepted transports on the invited account and wish to reconnect it later.

  1. Access the invited account. My transport has already been accepted and I no longer have the "Accept / Decline" buttons.

  2. Click on the yellow banner indicating that you have both a subscriber account and a invited account.

  3. Click on "Learn More".

  4. Select the primary subscriber account where you want to receive future orders.

  5. Click on "Next".

  6. Review the comparison assistant:

    • Check the differences in account information.

    • Verify that all details are acceptable.

  7. Click on "Link My Accounts".

  8. The accounts are now linked. You can now link your already accepted transports. To do this, click on "View the archived account":

  9. You can then select the transport in question and click on "Transfer to my primary account":

  10. The order is then transferred to your primary account, in the status "To confirm." You will need to re-accept the order in your primary account.
