Add follow-up contacts to your transports
Your partners are notified in real-time about the transport’s progress and can retrieve transport documents in one click.
Your client will receive an email at the beginning and end of the mission.
The pickup and delivery sites will receive an email when the delivery is completed.
The carrier will receive an email when the order is created, if the client cancels or modifies the order, and if a transport is incomplete.

Share the tracking link for your transports
You can share the tracking link directly from the transport page, regardless of its status.
Click on the 'Tracking Page' tab and copy the link to send it to the desired contact, or enter your contact's email address to send it directly from Dashdoc.
Anyone with the link has real-time visibility on the order!
Please note: it is not possible to share a tracking link in the case of commercial confidentiality.
Share your eCMR in PDF format
With the 'Exports' feature on Dashdoc, you can share your eCMR in PDF format directly via email to your partner.
To do this, select the desired transports, click on 'more actions' and then 'export':
Choose 'PDF Documents'
Select 'CMR/waybill'
Choose your export delivery method: download or send via email
Share your eCMR directly from the mobile app
From the pickup/delivery mission pages
You can directly share your eCMR from the pickup or delivery stage on your mobile app.
Send the consignment note: Your contact will receive an email with a tracking link and the eCMR in PDF format (as an email attachment).
Share the consignment note via...: Your contact will receive a tracking link as well as a link to download the eCMR in PDF format.
Please note: it is not possible to share a tracking link in the case of commercial confidentiality.
From the QR code on the eCMR
Click on 'Display the consignment note' on the mobile app and have your partner scan the QR code.
They will be redirected to a tracking page, where they can retrieve the documents associated with the transport.
