From your Dashdoc Flow booking platform, you can :

Once logged into the platform, click on “+ Book slot” and select the appropriate zone:

You can then choose the desired time slot:

💡 Only slots that are still available are displayed in this window. Do you need to release other slots? Manage your exceptions with customizable slots!

Choose who you are booking on behalf of and fill in the required information before confirming your booking:

You can then find your appointment in the daily schedule and view the details with a simple click on the left side of your screen:

You can outsource appointment booking to your partners by sharing the booking link with them, such as on your booking confirmation:

Your partners can then create an account and set up an appointment in just a few minutes:

Every action performed in a slot is tracked in the “History” tab.

When the vehicle arrives on location, you can easily confirm the arrival and then the departure, in real time or at a later time:
