Personalized slots allow you to reserve slots without regard to zone restrictions:
Out of hours
With a start, finish and duration that can be fully customized
Even when the maximum capacity has been reached
Once you have selected your appointment zone, click on ‘Add exceptional slot booking’ :
You can then define the characteristics of your personalised time slot:
Exceptional slots are easily identified on your roster by the icon 🕔 :

🚧 Setting your unavailability
You can adjust your capacity by reducing slot availability. This allows you to:
Block bookings during periods when your site is closed: holidays, annual closures, etc.
Reduce the capacity of a zone over a period of time in case of maintenance, absences or other reasons.
Unavailabilities can be managed independently for each zone:
With one click, you can close your bookings for an entire day:
Click on the boxes or hold down the right mouse button and move the mouse to quickly define your partial unavailability:
