In this article, we explore the key settings of Dashdoc Flow, and answer some of the most frequently asked questions.

A site is the physical location where appointments can be scheduled, either by yourself or by partners.

It consists of one or more zones, each with its own criteria:

  • opening days and hours

  • slot time

  • capacity per slot

🏭 Information about your site

Each site is accessible via a customizable URL link when you create your account:

In the “Settings” menu, you can set the following parameters:

  1. Contact: email and phone information for inquiries about making an appointment on your site. This information will be shown to your partners on their home page.

  2. Address: this is the physical address where the pick-ups and/or drop-offs take place.

  3. Security protocol: as a site administrator, you can add a protocol. When a slot is booked, the security protocol is sent to your partners for initial acceptance. This protocol is also displayed on your partners' portal with the contacts indicated in step 1.

⚙️ Set and change different pickup/delivery zones

A zone is a portion of a site dedicated to a specific type of collection or delivery, often with specific personnel and equipment associated with it.

Each zone on a site may have its own restrictions.
