ℹ️ Why use invoice filters?
Find your invoices faster: Locate specific invoices by destination, period, payment status, or custom tags in seconds
Organize your workflow: Focus on invoices needing special attention (delayed payments, specific destinations, etc.) without manual searching
Export targeted data: Filter first, then export only the invoices you need for your analyses or reports

Invoice tags and customer tags
Invoice tags are specific to invoices and help you track information at the invoice level (payment status, disputes, internal tracking).
The transport tags and customer tags are applied at the transport or customer profile level and are visible when viewing transports or customer profiles — not on the invoice page.
Key difference:
Invoice tags: Track specific invoice context (e.g., “Payment delay,” “Dispute,” “Pending collection”)
Customer tags: Categorize customers by type or priority (e.g., “VIP,” “Seasonal”)
Transport tags: Organize transport according to operational criteria (e.g., “Urgent,” “Special handling”)
🔔 The transport tags are not usable in invoice filters!
How to use these two "tags" filters?
Tags on invoices: Displays invoices where at least one of the selected tags has been directly applied.
Tags on customers: Displays invoices whose billing customer has at least one of the selected tags. This filter is based on the tags listed in the customer profile, not on the invoice itself.
Example: You've assigned the tag "ASTRE" to several customers. Using the "Tags on customers" filter with the value "ASTRE," you will find all invoices issued for these customers, even if this tag does not appear on the invoices.
