ℹ️ Why use this feature ?

  • Optimize your assignments : Get a quick overview of each driver's driving time in the scheduler to better distribute your transport orders.

  • Maximize productivity : Avoid overtime by prioritizing drivers who have not yet reached their monthly quota.

  • Save time : No need to juggle between your TMS, telematics, and HR tools to know your drivers' working time.

🚀 Want to enable this feature?

⚙️ Enable Working Hours Retrieval

To enable synchronization of working hours from Webfleet:

  1. Go to your account Settings

  2. Click Extensions and select your Webfleet connector

  3. Check the box Retrieve social data

  4. Click Save

Once activated, Dashdoc automatically synchronizes your drivers' information and their working hours.

🔄 How Synchronization Works

Driver Matching

Dashdoc automatically matches your Webfleet drivers with your Dashdoc drivers using the email address.

  • If the email is identical in both Webfleet and Dashdoc, the match is made automatically, and the Telematics ID is entered in Dashdoc.

  • If the email is unavailable or different, the worked hours will not be retrieved for that driver. Make sure each driver has the same email address in both systems.

💻 View Worked Hours on the Scheduler

Worked hours are directly displayed on the driver's sheet in the scheduler.

The values are rounded to the nearest hour to give you an instant overview of your drivers' availability.

💡 The update of worked hours occurs once
per day, overnight.

Covered Period

The display shows the cumulative driving time from the first day of the current month up to yesterday. This ensures that only complete and validated data is presented.

❓ Frequently Asked Question
