Why should you be using Transport Templates ?

Do you have recurring transports that are similar with a given customer and do you want to save time creating your orders? ⏱️

Transport templates are made for you!

Transport templates allow you to create a "typical transport model" with pre-filled fields. These templates will be offered to you when creating transport for a given shipper.

Guaranteed time savings for your Dispatcher ! ⏱️ 🚀

How to set up your transports templates ?

There are 2 ways to create a transport relation :

💡 Unlike single or multiple transport duplication, here you can choose which fixed fields are to be reused !

Creation from ordering party:

  1. In the address book, select the ordering party to which the transport relation will be attached

  2. Click on the '+ New template' button (located on the right of your screen)

  3. Then fill in the fixed fields of your relationship, these will be duplicated each time you use it:

Creation from existing transport:

  1. In 'My transports', click on the transport to transform into a template

  2. Once opened, select 'New template'. You can now give it a name, modify and/or complete certain fields if necessary and save it, voilà !

💡 Any transport can serve as a model, regardless of its status!

⚠️ If you want to create a transport template with several loading/delivery points, this is only possible from an already created transport. It is not possible to do this from the template creation form.
