💻 How to turn your PDF into transport
1- Click on the arrow at the top right of "New transport," then on Import as PDF,
2- Insert your PDF,
3- Validate the extracted information. The fields detected are identified by the blue robot.
3- Create your transport, you will find your document in the "Documents and Photos" section of the transport details.
Once the shipment has been created, the PDF disappears from the import area.
✅ What is done?
Make sure the PDF attached as chartering confirmation after creation is not visible by trucker as it contains prices
Allow the deletion of imported PDF that will not be created as transports from the upload modal
Better handling of dates
Preset the shipper if we extracted it
Display the uploaded PDF by default in the creation form
❌ What AI doesn't do:
Create addresses if they don't exist in the address book,
Specify references,
Extract goods and quantities,
Prices.
