Dashdoc works with almost all operating systems.

The mobile driver application: On mobiles and tablets

Dashdoc runs on Android and iOS (iPhone).

  • The minimum version supported on Android is 5.0 (version released in 2014).

  • The minimum version supported on iOS is 12.0.

Note that a 1 gigabyte data plan per month is sufficient for most use cases, but we encourage you to check with your business. One photo sent can consume up to 6 MB of data. If a driver takes several photos per delivery, consumption can rise rapidly.

Screen resolution must be at least 720 pixels for good readability (this information can be found in the phone's specifications, in the resolution "x pixels * y pixels" each value must be greater than 720).

Here are a few references of recommended smartphones:

  • Crosscall Trekker X4 or Core X4

  • Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5

The application does not work on Nokia smartphones with Windows Phone operating system.

Last but not least, Dashdoc can also be installed on embedded computing tablets that use a tablet or similar system. This is particularly the case with the latest versions of onboard computers.

Please note: Not all in-car computing tablets support Dashdoc. Check that Google Play services are available.

The web portal: On computer

Dashdoc runs on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

To download Google Chrome : https://www.google.com/intl/fr/chrome/.

The tracking portal

The Dashdoc tracking portal runs on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
