Is the digital transport document legally valid in all countries?

Here are some points about the legal validity of the digital waybill and e-CMR.

The table below lists the various countries that have ratified the convention and where the digital CMR is legally valid.

Specifically for the Benelux, a pilot project was launched in 2018 allowing eCMR for shipments within these three countries. This is in the run-up to the eFTI treaty arriving in Europe in 2025.
